British Isles Trip Abroad Slated for Summer 2019

Professors Emily Tuttle and Carolyn Ford are proud to announce our next trip abroad: British Isles! This 11 day trip is tentatively slated for May 2019 and will include  Killarney, Blarney, Dublin, Holyhead, North Wales, Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxford, London.

"In the British Isles, the bindings of culture and history are as strong as King Arthur’s sword.

As you zip across the landscapes that knights spent centuries battling for, it all comes into focus. Try not to blink as you see where ties were broken and kingdoms were defended. English works everywhere you go, but your jam-packed adventure will leave you fluent in everything British Isles."--EF Website

"This will be our third trip with EF. This summer we will have thirteen students represent Limestone College in Spain and Portugal. Interdisciplinary high impact learning opportunities really drive home the core of what Limestone College's liberal arts is all about."--Carolyn Ford, Professor of Art.

"We are very much looking forward to our third trip abroad. Although we have had some amazing trips, this one will epitomize interdisciplinary studies fusing art, art history, literature, history, theater, music, and political science." --Emily Tuttle, Art Historian.
