Sight-Reading Band at Limestone University

In 2018, Limestone University inaugurated the Sight-Reading Band to provide an opportunity for high school students and band directors to form an ensemble to read new music for concert band. Directors will use this form (form will activate Monday, August 23rd) to register for this FREE event (lunch included).

Check-In Fullerton Auditorium (Main Campus) |
Check-in will occur in the lobby of the auditorium, after checking in, please take a seat in the auditorium for the orientation. Please plan accordingly to allow your students to arrive on time. Wind players – Be sure to bring your instruments. Percussionist – Bring stick bags (Limestone will provide instruments for use.) |

Welcome & Orientation (Several other groups will be on camps as part of this event as well splitting off to other activities for the arts and humanities) |

Sight-Reading Session |
All band visitors will stay in Fullerton Auditorium and sight-read music from the 2020-2021 RWS Catalog. |

Lunch |
Lunch provided by Limestone University. The clinic is complete once you have finished lunch. Feel free to explore campus or take a tour with one of our music majors. |
